1) Kindly Set Profile Option "HR:Manager Actions Menu" to "Manager Actions Menu" @ Responsibility level in  order to access Manager Actions

2) Add Function "Manager Actions Tree View"  to your Custom Menu to gain all access of Manager on the Responsibility (Reference: No Parameter For Pdestination Or Pcalledfrom Found In Scope (Doc ID 736754.1))

3) Add the following Sub Menu to your Custom Menu to gain access to Manager Hierarchical Functions
Menu Name: SSHR hierarchy and search functions
