Enable Worklist on Oracle Applications Home Page

Set the Following Profile Options at Site Level

1      1)     Enable Configurable HomePage à No

2      2)     FND: Disable Configurable Home Page à True

3      3)     Personalize Self-Service Defn à Yes

Go back to the Home Page à Click on Personalize Page à Complete View à Expand All

Search for “Row Layout: Home Content Row” à Click on Update à Rendered à True at Site Level
