Payroll Run request not showing List of Values

This usually happens when one creates a custom responsibility and none of the seeded reports in Payroll shows up parameters in the list of values. The following function needs to be added to the the Menu attached to the custom responsibility

Navigate to the desired Menu --> Add the Function --> "Navigator: Disable Multiform"
